EMA1000 EMA(electromagnetic acoustic) thickness gauge.

EMA thickness gauge is specially developed for measuring steel pipes, rolled plates, bars, and other products made of steel, aluminum, and other metals. The working gap between the sensor and the metal can be lifted up to 4mm. The operation of electromagnetic ultrasonic high-temperature thickness gauge does not require pre cleaning of the surface or contact with liquid. The gap can be dirt, rust, salt deposits, or other non-conductive coatings (such as paint, varnish, enamel, plastic, etc.). In addition to measuring the thickness of metals, EMA1000 can also measure the thickness of non-conductive coatings on metals.

Due to the use of special sensors, the EMA1000 thickness gauge can be used to measure the thickness of objects heated to 800 degrees Celsius. The EMA1000 electromagnetic acoustic(EMA) high-temperature thickness gauge has a color display screen protected by impact resistant glass.

The EMA1000 electromagnetic acoustic (EMA) thickness gauge can be connected to tablets, smartphones, or other devices based on the Android operating system.
