EMA2800 Electromagnetic Acoustic Transducer Thickness Gauge

EMA2800 thickness gauge is specially developed for measuring steel pipes, rolled plates, bars, and other products made of steel, aluminum, and other metals. The working gap between the sensor and the metal can be lifted up to 8mm. The operation of EMA thickness gauge does not require pre cleaning of the surface or contact with liquid. The gap can be dirt, rust, salt deposits, or other non-conductive coatings (such as paint, varnish, enamel, plastic, etc.). In addition to measuring the thickness of metals.

Due to the use of special sensors, the EMA2800 thickness gauge can be used to measure the thickness of objects heated to 800℃. The EMA2800  electromagnetic acoustic transducer(EMAT) high-temperature thickness gauge has a color display screen protected by impact resistant glass.

The EMA2800 electromagnetic acoustic(EMA) thickness gauge can be connected to tablets, smartphones, or other devices based on the Android operating system. This can expand the functions of the thickness gauge, including A-scan, B-scan and C-scan analysis; You can use gates, select thickness measurement modes, and signal processing parameters.

M1 On-line Corrosion Monitoring System

M1 ultrasonic on-line corrosion monitoring system is a non immersion monitoring system. Our non-intrusive systems use  electromagnetic acoustic transducer sensor technology and wireless data delivery to continuously monitor for pipework metal loss from corrosion or erosion in the most difficult environments. Due to the use of electromagnetic acoustic transducer non-destructive testing methods, the probe and metal parts can be lifted by 4mm during measurement, so there is no need to clean the workpiece and it has no damage to the workpiece itself. In addition, the system can also simultaneously monitor changes in coating thickness to help users better assess the corrosion status and remaining service life of the object.
