EMA1900 EMAT Thickness Gauge

EMA1900 EMAT Thickness Gauge

The EMA1900 EMAT thickness gauge is used for corrosion detection of metal materials such as storage tanks, metal plates, and oil and gas pipelines. It requires no coupling agent and does not need to grind the surface of the metal object; simply place the gauge on the object's surface to perform the measurement. This saves manpower, material resources, and financial resources while ensuring safety.

BEONDT EMA1900 electromagnetic ultrasonic high-temperature thickness gauge is a non-contact thickness measurement device based on the fusion of electromagnetic acoustics and ultrasonic technology. It uses electromagnetic induction to generate ultrasonic waves on the surface of metal materials, measuring the propagation time of the ultrasonic waves and calculating the thickness without the need for a coupling agent. The measurement range for carbon steel is 1-500mm. This thickness gauge can penetrate oxide layers or coatings and is suitable for rough surfaces and high-temperature environments (up to 800℃).

BEONDT EMA1900 electromagnetic ultrasonic high-temperature thickness gauge is specifically developed for measuring the thickness of steel pipes, rolled plates, bars, and other products made of steel, aluminum, and other metals. The working gap between the sensor and the metal can be as low as 4mm. Operation of the electromagnetic ultrasonic high-temperature thickness gauge does not require pre-cleaning of the surface or a coupling agent. The gap can be dirt, rust, salt deposits, or other non-conductive coatings (paint, varnish, enamel, plastic, etc.). In addition to measuring the thickness of metals, the EMA1900 can also measure the thickness of non-conductive coatings on metal workpieces. Thanks to its specialized sensor, the EMA1900 electromagnetic ultrasonic high-temperature thickness gauge can measure the thickness of metal workpieces heated to 800 degrees Celsius. This device employs a special data processing algorithm, enabling users to accurately measure the thickness of metal workpieces even in the presence of interference factors (such as metal anisotropy, the presence of multiple reflectors, and external interference). The built-in algorithm reduces the impact of human error on the test results and simplifies the device's interface.

The EMA1900 electromagnetic ultrasonic high-temperature thickness gauge can connect to Android-based tablets, smartphones, or other devices. This expands the gauge's functionality, providing A-scan, B-scan, and C-scan analysis capabilities, as well as a 3D display for more intuitive test results; it also allows for gate access, selection of measurement modes, and adjustment of signal processing parameters. The EMA1900 electromagnetic ultrasonic high-temperature thickness gauge can connect to a tablet via Bluetooth wirelessly or via a USB wired connection.

M1 On-line Corrosion Monitoring System

M1 ultrasonic on-line corrosion monitoring system is a non immersion monitoring system. Our non-intrusive systems use  electromagnetic acoustic transducer sensor technology and wireless data delivery to continuously monitor for pipework metal loss from corrosion or erosion in the most difficult environments. Due to the use of electromagnetic acoustic transducer non-destructive testing methods, the probe and metal parts can be lifted by 4mm during measurement, so there is no need to clean the workpiece and it has no damage to the workpiece itself. In addition, the system can also simultaneously monitor changes in coating thickness to help users better assess the corrosion status and remaining service life of the object.
