The ZSS and ZS series rectifier transformers produced are used as power transformers for rectifier devices. Their function is to provide AC power to the rectifier, which then converts the AC power into DC power for DC power supply. Mainly used in industries such as metallurgy, chemical engineering, locomotive traction and transmission. The product has strong energy-saving, low loss, low noise, impact resistance, and short-circuit resistance capabilities. Advantages include strong overload capacity, compact structure, small size, and reliable power supply.
Structural characteristics
(1) Core: 30Q130 high magnetic conductivity silicon steel sheet is used, and the selected 3-6 step tap core stacking method is adopted, which significantly reduces no-load loss, no-load current, and noise.
(2) Winding: The electromagnetic wire adopts high conductivity oxygen free copper wire, and the winding adopts a new process of integrated assembly with cylindrical, double cake, and new spiral structures, making the product structure more compact and ensuring effective main insulation. The first and last layers are strengthened to improve insulation performance. The outer surface of the winding is wrapped with high-strength compression tape, which improves the mechanical strength of the winding and greatly enhances the impact resistance and short-circuit resistance of the product.
(3) Body: The insulation pads of the body are supported by high-strength laminated wood and laminated cardboard, which enables the support area of the winding end to reach over 95%, further improving the product's short-circuit resistance and enhancing its operational reliability. The connection between the device body and the box cover adopts a rigid buffering structure, overcoming the phenomena of the device body being suspended and the top cover. The insulation material is wrapped with high-strength and high-density cable paper, and the allowable pressure should be 45Mpa.
(4) Fuel tank: The fuel tank adopts a heat dissipation oil pipe (double row and three row oil pipes adopt a plug-in method), or uses a stepped radiator, which increases the heat dissipation capacity under the same wall area of the tank; Calculation can also be carried out according to user requirements by installing plate type radiators or using corrugated oil tanks, as well as strong oil air-cooled or strong oil water-cooled radiators. Surface treatment of oil tank: The transformer casing is painted with "three proof paint" (anti salt spray, anti humid heat, anti mold), which has strong adhesion with primer, good decorative properties, film oil resistance, corrosion resistance, good light retention, color retention, and good leveling and covering power.
